TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Preferred Customer Auto-Ship Program is an optional program in which a customer may participate and have an order shipped monthly, bi-monthly or at a designated time frame. By joining the Auto-Ship option plan, you eliminate the hassle of trying to remember to order your Calotren or other products monthly. You will also never have to worry about running out of product. To join, just complete the Auto-Ship Option payment form on the front of this agreement to authorize Top of the World Distributors (TOTWD) to ship the order listed on the front of this form at the chosen time frame. TOTWD is under no obligation to ship products if the authorized account(s) has been overdrawn or closed. If this occurs, the customer will be notified of the delay in shipping.

To change Auto-Ship orders or to cancel orders, TOTWD must receive changes or cancellations seven (7) days prior to the scheduled shipment in writing by fax or mail. By signing the attached Auto-Ship form, I authorize TOTWD to withdraw payment for my Auto-Ship order(s) from my bank account via Check Card or to charge my credit card as listed on the attached form.
