We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value and selection to our customers. It is for this reason that you can return any sealed and unopened products purchased from us for any reason within forty five (45) days of your purchase. If you purchased your merchandise through a “Buy Three, Get One Free” or similar offer, all items must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you return a partial amount of merchandise, you will forfeit the free items and receive a refund on the discount price per item based on the total purchase.

 You may return unopened item(s) shipped by Top of theWorld Distributors, as noted below:

• You should return the item(s) to us within 45 days of your purchase.
• There is a $10.00 restocking fee for unopened items ($5.00 if item costs less that $20.00.) This is per order, not per bottle.
  
• We do not accept returned items that have been opened or used. Opened items are Non-Refundable.
• Shipping and handling fees are Non-Refundable.

Example: If you purchase 1 bottle of product for the price of $69.95, and you return one unused or unopened bottle, you would receive a refund (less the restocking fee) for a net refund $59.95.

To request a refund you must call to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This RMA number, along with an explanation of why you are requesting a refund, must accompany each returned item. If you return your product without an RMA number you will not qualify for a refund. For returns via Postal Service or UPS you must carefully package the product. You are also responsible for the cost of the return shipping and we must physically receive the product in restockable condition within the 45 day period. Top of the World Distributors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
