Psyllium Capsules
In conjunction with a low-fat diet, Psyllium may help to reduce the risk of heart disease. Numerous studies have also shown that Psyllium is effective in lowering total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels in some with hypercholesterolemia. It appears to bind with dietary cholesterol and fat to prevent their absorption. It is also helpful in some with constipation and, because its high in fiber, it's a natural appetite suppressant - without stimulants! Psyllium must be taken with adequate amounts of water or fluids and should not be taken before going to bed.
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules twice daily.

****Pregnant women and nursing mothers should only use psyllium supplements if recommended by their physicians. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Frequent or prolonged use of this or other laxatives may result in a dependence on them. The most common adverse reactions are flatulence and abdominal distention. Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Keep tightly closed.
