Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) issued by TOTWD must be included on the outside label of any package returned. Call 1-800-325-4366 to obtain your RMA number.

We will not under any circumstances accept any returns on opened products. Since every person has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good and results may vary from person to person, no opened or unopened products will be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste or results. If you need to return products for any other reason you must first contact us for an approved RMA number which must accompany your return along with an enclosed note regarding the reason for your return. Unopened products must be returned within 30 days from the date the customer received the product to qualify for a refund. If your return is not insured and is damaged in transit we can not issue a refund.

Send the package to us via a Trackable method with a confirmation number. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 2-3 weeks in the form of a credit to your credit or debit card if you used that method of payment. If you did an electronic check transaction or mailed in a cashiers check or money order, you will receive a credit by check. If you paid via Paypal, a credit will be made to your Paypal account.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The purchaser will not be credited for any free items received with any advertised specials. However, the customer must also return any free items if they wish to be credited for the remaining unopened returned items they purchased. The only way the person can keep the free items is if the original purchase is withstanding with no refund requested. In the event of returning a free shipping item a mandatory $9.00 restocking and processing charge will be deducted from your refund.

No product returns will be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.
All weight loss results are based on a 90-Day program and products cannot be returned just because the customer decides to discontinue the product prior to finishing the recommended 3 month program.
