We Provide a 45 day money back guarantee on all unopened items.

Our Return Policy form is part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Disclaimer. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time. This Return Policy was last updated on 8/30/2018.

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 45 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.  The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products, thank you! *Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product** (excluding postage and a $10 restock fee).

IMPORTANT: All refunds can only be issued if the returns form is filled in and returned to us by email. Then once RMA number is issued and the unwanted item is sent back to us! (Scroll down for more details on how to do this!)

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

Unless you are returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

All orders can be returned by USPS. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

1. Click the 'Request Return Form' button below to give us your name and email. We will then send         you an email with the Return Form to fill out which is essential in order to complete a return.

2. Print and fill out the return form. Scan and email return form to returns@tophealthsource.com.         Allow 7-10 business days for your return form to be processed. We will email you once your               return is processed.

3. Label your package using the address provided on our return form and RMA number. 

4. MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNOPENED (Any items which are returned opened, WILL         NOT be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons). 

5. Please allow 7-10 business days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be                        processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your                  refund is complete.  

Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.**

**RESTOCKING: Unfortunately, there is a $10 restocking fee for all returns.

**ONE-FOR-ONE: If your purchase included any free products, you must return at least one paid product to receive a refund. (i.e., Buy 2 Get 2 Free- By returning 2 unopened bottles, you will receive a refund for 1 paid bottle).
