If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please call our Customer Care team. They can easily assist you in obtaining a return authorization number, and provide additional support and instructions.

Returned items need to be 100% intact and include a copy of the packing slip. We cannot accept opened bottles. You can return items up to 45 days after purchase date, and 14 days after the date you receive your RMA number. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
RESTOCKING: Unfortunately, there is a $10 restocking fee for all returns.
ONE-FOR-ONE: If your purchase included any free products, you must return at least one paid product to receive a refund. (i.e., Buy 2 Get 2 Free- By returning 2 unopened bottles, you will receive a refund for 1 paid bottle).
