We want all of our customers to love taking Calotren, and we will do all we can to help you see results. Before you contact us about setting up a return, please email or call your personal Calotren consultant to see if he or she can help you with whatever issue you may be having. For a refund of the product, you must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization within 45 days of your original purchase date, this means you need to return the product in order to get a refund. We can not receive product back in with a missing or broken seal. This means if you opened the bottle you will not be refunded for it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, but we will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of ours (for example, you received a broken or wrong item). For all of our straight sales, you can return products for 45 days after purchase date, with a flat $10.00 processing fee.
If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created, shipping has been paid, and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you if you provided your email in the order), then we will not be able to issue you a refund unless we receive the products back to us. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case either. You can contact us to get your RMA, and we will issue the refund once we receive the products.
We will do all we can to help you see the results with our awesome product, but if for whatever reason, you choose to discontinue using Calotren, we will do all we can to be fair in the returns process. If any of the products you received with your purchase were free of charge, we consider it fair to both parties if we count the bottles as 1:1 Free/Paid. The first bottle you return is counted as a free bottle. We can only issue refunds for paid bottles.
Under no circumstances will a refund be processed without the return merchandise authorization form approved first. All returns must be returned to the Calotren return department address provided via RMA form.
Orders that have passed the 45 day return period but are given exception for a refund will be charged the $10 return fee for each unopened bottle.
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – most cases will be quicker, however due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
All orders can be returned by USPS. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:
1. Click the 'Request Return Form' button below to give us your name and email. We will then send you an email with the Return Form to fill out which is essential in order to complete a return. If you don't see it within 20 minutes, please check your SPAM/JUNKMAIL folder.
2. Print and fill out the return form. Scan and email return form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Allow 7 business days for your return form to be processed. We will email you once your return is processed.
3. Label your package using the address provided on our return form and RMA number.
4. MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNOPENED (Any items which are returned opened, WILL NOT be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).
5. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – most cases will be quicker, however due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. We cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
