Suggested Use: Take four (4) Calotren® Capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after your last meal) with 4-8 oz of water. If you forget or are unable to take at bedtime, take it first thing in the morning.

Acai Detox Cleanse Instructions:

Suggested Use: FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY: 1 to 2 capsules times taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a health care professional. 

SHORT-TERM CLEANSING PROGRAM:  1 to 2 capsules times taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 15 days or as directed by a health care professional.  Do not repeat cleansing cycle for at least 6 to 8 weeks.

Belly Blast Instructions:

What if I forget to take it? You can take it first thing the next morning and then wait 30-45 minutes to eat or drink anything.  Resume same dosage that night.  (taking it twice a day is even recommended in some cases) 

What if I can't take it at bedtime? If you cannot consistently take Calotren® at bedtime, you can consistently take it first thing in the morning instead.  Wait 30-45 minutes to eat or drink anything.  It may take a little longer to see weight loss results, but we have had lots of customers throughout the years who have had success taking it this way. 

Will it keep me up at night?  No. In fact, there is science to support what so many customers tell us which is that it helps you sleep more soundly.  Some customers even report "dreaming" again which happens during the deepest stage of the sleep cycle.
