Suggested Use: Take four (4) Calotren Capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after your last meal) with 4-8 oz of water. If you forget or are unable to take at bedtime, take it first thing in the morning. 

Yes, you take Calotren at bedtime and then go right to sleep.
