All-natural remedies like Apple Cider Vinegar are the rave these days. Most people would rather try something natural than resort to a medication or drastic change in diet to look and feel better; and with so many success stories out there, why not see why everyone is talking about it?

Here is a list of just a few of the things Apple Cider Vinegar may help do for you:

1. Detox

2. Reduce inflammation

3. Fight infection

4. Aids in digestion

5. Reduce blood glucose levels

6. Balance the body’s pH level

7. Increase energy and weight loss

8. Improve hair and skin

How to take Apple Cider Vinegar

You have a couple of options when it comes to taking Apple Cider Vinegar: 1. You can put 1 tablespoon of unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water to drink before each meal. (For best results, choose the type that says that in includes “the mother” on the bottle.) OR 2. Take it in a capsule form. The first option may be the quicker remedy to your issue(s), but for some people (like me), drinking it is just not an option. If you opt for the apple cider vinegar supplement, be sure to look for one that is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified (see what that means here - http://www.ispe.org/gmp-resources).
