Instructions

Powder Suggested Use: 1 serving daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.  Mix 1 serving with a glass of water.  For best results, take it at bedtime on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours after your last meal. Do not use this product as a meal replacement or exceed suggested use without the supervision of a healthcare professional.
