First, I just want to say — I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’ve made the decision to start this 90-day reset, it likely means something inside you is ready for change. Not an extreme overhaul. Not another all-or-nothing plan. Just real, steady progress.

And that’s exactly what this is about.

This isn’t a program built on pressure or unrealistic expectations. It’s not about becoming a completely different person overnight.

It’s about taking small, consistent steps toward feeling better — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Start Small — It Matters More Than You Think

Scripture reminds us in Zechariah 4:10:

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.”

That’s where we start.

Because real change doesn’t happen all at once. It begins with small decisions — the kind that don’t feel overwhelming, but add up over time.

Start With the Foundation

Before diving into the full plan, take a few minutes to go through the Stronger for Service Field Guide.

This guide lays the groundwork for everything we’ll build on over the next 90 days. It helps you understand the “why” behind the process and gives you a clear picture of where you’re headed.

You can read it now, save it for later, or even print it out and keep it nearby.

What to Expect Over the Next 90 Days

This journey is designed to be simple, practical, and sustainable.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll receive short lessons and encouragement focused on:

  • Letting go of the all-or-nothing mindset
  • Building habits that actually last
  • Improving how your body feels day to day
  • Making steady progress without burnout

This isn’t about chasing perfection.

It’s about building momentum you can keep.

Your First Steps

Don’t overthink this part.

Just start here:

1. Listen to Module 1

This short audio explains why most health plans fail — and why that’s not your fault.

2. Let go of the pressure

You don’t need to do everything at once.

Real change doesn’t come from drastic overhauls.
It comes from consistent, small decisions made day after day.

Keep This in Mind

You don’t have to do this perfectly.

You just have to keep moving forward.

God isn’t asking you to change everything overnight.
He’s asking you to take the next faithful step.

Let’s Begin

So that’s where we start.

Small step.
Steady progress.

I’m glad you’re here.

— Rick

P.S. Tomorrow, we’ll talk about Progress Over Perfection — and why that mindset changes everything.
